A long-term ownership model, free from predetermined investment cycles.

KEROC Group is the institutional name used to present the group as a whole; it is not a separate legal entity. The Group’s principal investment company is KEROC Financière S.C.A., and KEROC S.à r.l. provides management and governance.

Founded and led by entrepreneur Olivier Chatelain, the Group has developed experience across renewable energy, commercial real estate, agriculture, international yacht manufacturing, technology and infrastructure, with projects spanning Luxembourg, France and Poland.

The Group invests its own capital and remains directly involved in the assessment, structuring, governance and long-term oversight of its investments.

Leadership

A deliberately hands-on leadership team.

KEROC operates with a focused leadership structure. Investment decisions, legal oversight and the operational monitoring of subsidiaries are handled directly by its two senior principals.

Founder

Olivier Chatelain

Olivier Chatelain is an entrepreneur and investor with more than two decades of experience across renewable energy, real estate, agriculture, yachting and digital infrastructure.

A graduate of the European Business School, he began his career at the French Development Agency before moving directly into entrepreneurship. In 2004, he was involved in the development of one of the earliest wind farms in eastern France.

He subsequently developed investments and operating interests across several sectors, including real estate from 2011, a major long-term shareholding in Sunreef Yachts from 2010 to 2025, and modular data-centre infrastructure since 2025. He leads KEROC’s investment strategy, capital allocation and development of new projects.

Legal & Operations

Grégoire Fiorano

Grégoire Fiorano oversees the operational monitoring of KEROC’s subsidiaries and provides legal support across the Group’s activities.

A graduate of Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas and a former notary, he brings substantial legal expertise, particularly in real estate, corporate matters and transaction execution. He coordinates the Group’s legal work and contributes to the structuring, contractual oversight and operational follow-up of its investments and subsidiaries.

Selected investment history

Long-term support for entrepreneurial growth.

From 2010 to 2025, KEROC Group was a significant shareholder in Sunreef Yachts. Over the course of this long-term investment, KEROC supported the international luxury catamaran manufacturer on its path of development and contributed to the foundations of its current success.

KEROC Group completed the sale of its investment in Sunreef Yachts in 2025.
